Most successful professionals from Baler, Aurora took their higher education in places outside the said town and province. Most of them are doctors, teachers, lawyers veterinarians and others. Yes, Baler, Aurora has very limited college courses, the reason why a few percentage of college students choose to leave the town for college, but then again, those successful professionals had their preparatory, primary and secondary education inside the town. Where else would they have developed their intelligence, discipline, courage and perseverance?

RZES or RupertoZubia Elementary School is a Monograde Kinder Public School founded in the year 1963. From RZES, the beach is just a walking distance for it is located at Baranggay Sabang where Sabang Beach can be found. It is the only elementary school in Sabang.
Mount Carmel College Baler
The Mount Carmel College of Baler commonly referred to as MCC Baler or MCCB, is the oldest Catholic school in the Philippine province of Aurora. It was founded in 1948 by the American Carmelites, who were invited by Doña Aurora Aragon-Quezon (1888-1949), former First Lady of the Philippines (1935-1944), wife of the late Philippine Commonwealth President Manuel Luis Quezon, to build a Catholic mission school in the town of Baler. It is currently a member of the Catholic Association of Schools in the Prelature of Infanta (CASPI).

MCCB Annex first operated in the year 2017 on the month of June. It offers four strands under the academic track, namely: Science Technology Engineering and Math(STEM), Humanities and Social Sciences(HUMSS), Accountancy and Business Management(ABM), and the General Academic Strand(GAS).

Baler Institute is one of the first and oldest schools to be built in Baler, Aurora, along with Mount Carmel College. It was formerly located in Burgos Street, only a few streets away from its current location.
Aurora National Science High School
The establishment of the Aurora National Science High School was prompted by a need to offer a curriculum that suits the bright / fast learners who belong to the Special Education (mentally gifted) classes at Baler Central School which was organized during the incumbency of Mr. Domingo F. Hulipas as the principal of the school. June 1, 1983, opening of the Aurora Science High School with 40 first year students and Miss Leonila A. Lorente and Mrs. Elsa A. Oliva as the first teachers.The Aurora National Science High School had its first graduates in 1983 with 100% passing and with highest NCEE 99+% out of the 7000+ to the upper 250 leading schools in the Philippines. It has consistently obtained a Mean of 93+%.
Suklayin Elementary School
Suklayin Elementary school is located along kabiran street oF Baranggay Suklayin. It is known for its productive students. It has several classrooms and a two storey building . SES also has studen section called Fast Learner or FL.
Angel Care Science Academy
Rev. Dominador and Rev. Carmencita Ysip founded the Baler Miracle Life Christian School, Inc. (he school's former name) on June 24, 1995. On it's first year, it's offered free education since it was funded by an organization which was based in the United States of America. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the support was short-lived. The school, then was relocated at Miracle Life Fellowship International (MLFI) Baler Church and a portion of its pastoral house. It has one hundred nineteen (119) pupils in Nursery and Kindergarten levels. Most of the pupils came from the poor family of Baler. But, in spite of financial difficulties, the couple was able to push it through.

Baler National High School was built on February 1993 on agricultural land in Barangay Pingit. It started with 110 students and 3 teachers. To date, it is the biggest public secondary schools in Aurora, with close to 1,300 students. It now follows the K-12 program for the Filipinos in order to excel both The Philippines and the World.
Diego T. Ortiz Elementary School
Diego Ortiz Elementary School is the only elementary school in Brgy. Pingit. The name Diego Ortiz came from the name of the owner of the land where DOES was built. On the year 2013 the school's name changed from Diego Ortiz to Diego T. Ortiz which is the whole name of the owner of the donator of the land. As of now Diego T. Ortiz is also known for Pingit Elementary School.

Baler Central School is the premiere and the oldest school in Aurora. It was founded in 1916. It has a total land area of 34,254 square meters duly titled by TCT Nos. 38588 and T 38589. It is geographically situated between Barangays III and IV serving children from Barangays I-V Poblacion and nearby Barangays of Zabali, Kinalapan and Baclaran. Being accessible to all, BCS has always been used as venue of different educational activities such as district and division trainings, contests and sports competitions.
